About the Role

Clementon Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated, experienced or new graduate veterinarian to join our team. We have an established, loyal client base, and our practice prides itself on offering the highest standard of care. We value the relationships we’ve built with both our clients and their pets. 
 
Hospital Features: Our recently expanded building includes 4 exam rooms, a surgical suite, and a separate dental area
Equipment & Services: We are well-equipped with a therapeutic laser, ultrasound, radiology, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine; We perform orthopedic and specialty surgeries with the help of a traveling veterinarian.
Patient Base: 90% small animal care and 10% exotics, with an average of 15-18 appointments per doctor per day; 1 surgery day per week
Work Environment: Our team is friendly, close-knit, and committed to supporting each other. We rarely experience turnover and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. Team outings and celebrations with food and rewards are a part of our culture!
 Support Staff: 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio, including an experienced CVT; We’re proud to be AAHA-accredited and aim to provide fear-free experiences for our patients whenever possible.
 
Ideal Schedule: No on-call or after-hour responsibilities; one Saturday per month

Clementon, NJ is a small, historic town just 25 minutes from Philadelphia, offering a quiet suburban feel with easy access to city life. Known for Clementon Park & Splash World, the area is seeing new growth with housing developments and local businesses. It’s close to major amenities, about an hour from the Jersey Shore, and a great spot for those seeking both community and convenience.
